Non-Smoking Proposal/Policy

The Board of Directors of the Ford Road Housing Co-op wish to present to its' memebers the following proposal of change:

To change all units on the first floor of the Family building and Adult Building into non-smoking units. As these mentioned units become available, they will be classified as non-smoking units, in which smoking of any non-medical substance (Must have official documentation to be exempt) will be prohibited; all future occupants will be subject to this regulation. Members currently residing within these units will be unaffected by this policy, this is only for future residents of these units.
