Our Community

Ford Road Housing Co-op is a family-based community of 160 units comprised of 50 townhomes and two apartment buildings. One building is adult-oriented and the other building is designated to suit families.

We are located in beautiful Pitt Meadows, British Columbia on the traditional and unceded territory of the Katzie First Nation within walking distance from schools, transit, grocery, pet, and drug store/pharmacy shopping needs.

Each apartment building is equipped with elevator access. All units come with one parking stall. All housing charges include cable and internet. Clean, well-maintained coin laundry facilities are located on each floor. In addition to all the benefits that community living has to offer, a newer playground is located in the centre of the property for the children of the co-op.
